Our website and products are designed specifically for professional grooming businesses and practitioners. Our catalog includes specialized tools such as Anti-Fatigue Mats, Blades, Clippers, Dryers, Medical Equipment, and other professional-grade supplies. By purchasing, you confirm you are acquiring these items for professional or business use.

All content on this site (logos, text, images, product designs) is the property of Oz Grooming World or our suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without express written permission.
4. Ordering & Payment Terms
4.1 Placing an Order
Order placement constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4.2 Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in USD. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
4.3 Order Confirmation & Changes
You will receive an order confirmation email. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes after order processing begins (1-2 business days).
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Processing & Methods
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days at our San Antonio facility.
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
5.2 Delivery Areas & Limitations
We ship globally but cannot currently deliver to parts of Asia and certain remote regions. You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. Any delays or costs due to incorrect addresses are your responsibility.
5.3 Title & Risk
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays or issues once the package is with the shipping carrier.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our policy is designed for clarity and professionalism, prioritizing safety and hygiene for our community.
6.1 General Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in original resalable condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories.
6.2 FINAL SALE Items (Non-Returnable)
For the safety and hygiene of our professional community, the following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Blades & Clipper Attachments
- Personal Grooming Tools (Brushes, Combs, De-Shedders, Dematters)
- Nail Clippers & Hand Stripping Tools
- Opened/Used Consumables (Chalk & Powder, Colognes, Conditioners, Cleaning products)
- Medical Equipment
Returns of these items will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
6.3 Return Process
- Initiate Request: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order details and reason.
- Receive RMA: Do not ship items without an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our team.
- Ship Item: Securely package the item with the RMA number visible. Ship to our returns address at your cost (unless the return is due to our error).
- Inspection & Resolution: We inspect within 3-5 business days of receipt and will notify you of the refund/exchange status.
6.4 Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: Processed as a refund and a new charge for the replacement item. We cover standard shipping for the replacement.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement at no cost.
8. User Obligations & Responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal, shipping, and payment information.

- Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity on the site.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oz Grooming World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
We warrant our products to be free from material defects in manufacture but do not warrant fitness for any specific purpose beyond their described professional grooming use.
