2. Returns & Exchanges: A Professional-Grade Process
We stand behind our products. However, if an item does not meet your specific requirements, we offer a straightforward 15-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To uphold the highest standards of safety and hygiene for our global community of grooming professionals, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Blades & Clipper Attachments (due to sharpness and hygiene considerations).
- Personal Grooming Tools: Brushes, Combs, De-Shedders & Dematters.
- Nail Clippers & Hand Stripping Tools.
- Opened or Used Consumables: Any opened container of Chalk & Powder, Colognes, Conditioners, Cleaning products, or any liquid/gel/powder-based item.
- Medical Equipment (for health and safety reasons).
Please choose these items carefully. Returns of non-returnable items will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
- Item must be in original, unused, and resalable condition.
- All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

1 Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our support team at [email protected]. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” and include:
- Your order number and date.
- Name and SKU of the item(s) for return/exchange.
- Reason for the request.
- Confirmation that the item is unused and complete.
- 2 Receive Authorization (RMA): Our San Antonio-based team will review your request. If approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Do not ship any item back without an RMA number.
- 3 Package the Item Securely: Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Seal the box securely and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- 4 Ship to Our Facility: Send the package to our official returns address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

3. Refunds, Credits & Exchanges

- Processing Time: After we approve your return upon inspection, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- For an exchange to a different product, we will process a refund for the returned item and charge you for the new item (any price difference will apply).
- We will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
