1. Our Policy Overview

We offer a straightforward 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition—with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items: For the safety and hygiene of our global community of professional groomers, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Blades & Clipper Attachments (due to sharpness and hygiene considerations)
  • Brushes, Combs, De-Shedders & Dematters (personal grooming tools)
  • Nail Clippers & Hand Stripping Tools
  • Opened or used containers of: Chalk & Powder, Colognes, Conditioners, Cleaning products, or any liquid/gel/powder-based item.
  • Medical Equipment (for obvious health and safety reasons).
Please choose these items carefully. Returns of non-returnable items will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.

2. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: Our San Antonio-based team will review your request and, if approved, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and precise return shipping instructions. Do not ship any item back without an RMA number.
  3. Package the Item Securely: Place the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and seal the box securely. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship to Our Facility: Send the package to our official address. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

4. Refunds & Credits

Refund Timeline & Method:

  • Processing Time: After we approve your return upon inspection, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.

Exchanges:
